Items that are significantly not as we have described them, we will handle personally to resolve in a way most suited to each customer, whether that is a free return so that we may relist the item and continue to raise funds for our charity, or a refund without return if it would not be financial viable to send the item back. Please be aware that secondhand items may degrade over time, especially vintage items or those which have been stored improperly; as a charity receiving donations, we cannot be sure of the life of an item before it reaches us. Even Items that outwardly look fine may have issues such as weakened adhesive or faults hidden within and could potentially suffer from wear or damage that a brand-new item would not sustain. We have no way of determining this without intentionally damaging our donations, meaning we would not be able to sell them on!
