Description: Original British (Commonwealth) Rifle Slings for No1, No4 and No5 Rifles (Carbines). These have canvas marks for maker and country of origin (random).The steel ends were a WW2 expedient / standards deviation.Unused WW2 stock was sent to the Netherlands for their cold war army and these then received their stores tags - dated to the 1960's. Early war and post war brass ends can be unused uor used as indicated - used can have some Blanco residue and paint.Post war / cold war made webbing is color died Green (to keep pace with the '44 pattern webbing) and features British maker marks and cold war dates.
