The jacket is a cotton / spandex blend, lining is a polyester / spandex blend. It does not look as if this blazer has seen much use. The pockets are still have a stitch in them. Not sure if this was ever even worn. It does have light shoulder pads, so it is probably vintage. Measures about 17" from arm pit to arm pit, sleeves are 22" from shoulder to cuff, length is 20 1/2" from back of collar to hemline.
