We at MG Aquatics highly value quality over quantity and strive to provide the best for our customers. We hand raise all the fish, snails, plecos and shrimp we sell ourselves in our tanks. We do not import any aquatic animals from overseas. Our water parameters are PH 7.8 KH 120 GH 125-150 DOA Refund Guarantee In the unfortunate event that your order arrives dead, we guarantee the loss of the purchased livestock as long as the package is delivered within the timeframe specified by the shipping carrier. We require you to take a couple clear pictures of the dead livestock in the unopened bag and message me within 1 hour of your delivery (to avoid claims for orders that were left in the elements for an extended period of time) all DOA orders will be refunded for the cost of the livestock (sorry I can’t refund shipping costs) as long as the DOA guidelines are followed.
