Rosenberg, M.D. It is a first edition, but I am unsure if it is a first printing. It is hard date of 1991 copyright date of 1991 and was published by Simon & Schuster. It is in very good to like new condition, with very little sign of wear to either the book or the paper dust jacket, which only has a few light wrinkles at the edges and corners. The spine and binding are good, and all 297 pages including index are intact and in good condition. This is a very nice book, with some useful and helpful information… Dramatic new evidence from the USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University has proved that the so-called “aging process” is not age-specific at all. In fact, the common perception of the aging process may be quite wrong. Of course, we’re all growing older.
