Description: This is a mixed lot of Beatles or Beatles-related 12-inch 33 rpm albums and covers. The records aren't all in the best condition, and there are some missing and mis-matched covers, and some empty covers with no records, so please look closely at the pictures and listen carefully as I go through them in the order shown in the pictures: Pictures 2-3, left: Cover only for Capitol # T-2047, "Meet the Beatles" (mono). No record. The seams are intact, but someone went wild with a red pen, adding lipstick to the boys' faces on the front and back, with additional scribblings on the back. Pictures 2-3, right: Cover only for Capitol # ST-2080, "The Beatles' Second Album" (stereo). No record. All three seams are split and have been repaired or shored up with clear packing tape. Pictures 4-5, top: United Artists # UAL-3366, "A Hard Day's Night" (mono). The record has been heavily played, but still plays through quite satisfactorily, with no skips or jumps, and just the typical types of background noise associated with a well-loved record. I played both sides and was actually quite pleasantly surprised. On the cover, the seams are intact, but some serious chafing around the edges, and stickers and inscriptions as shown in the pictures. Pictures 4-5, bottom: Capitol # T-2576, "Revolver" (mono). The record has been more heavily played than "A Hard Day's Night", but still plays through quite satisfactorily, albeit with more background noise and even a few forward jumps (most of them on Side 2). On the cover, all three seams are totally split, leaving the back separated from the front; also, some stickers and inscriptions as shown in the pictures. Pictures 6-8: Apple # UAL-3366, # SWBO-101, "The Beatles" aka "The White Album" (stereo). Record # 1 is missing, so we only have Record # 2 (Sides 3 and 4), and none of the original inserts or custom inner sleeves. Side 3 plays similar to "A Hard Day's Night", with noticeable background noise but no skips or repeats. Side 4 has similar background noise, and also multiple forward jumps (no repeats). On the cover, the top seams are both partially split, and seam splits started at the bottom. Pictures 9-11: Cover only for Apple # AR-30041, "Let It Be" (stereo). No record. The seams are intact, but the cover has been clipped at the upper right corner. Pictures 12-13, left: Inner sleeve only for one of the records in Apple's 2000 double-LP release, "1" (27 No. 1 Singles). No record. Sleeve is in excellent condition. Pictures 12-13, right: Capitol # T-2228, "Beatles '65" (mono). No cover. The record is so dull and scratched that I didn't even play it. Lower your expectations to avoid disappointment. Officially graded as "unplayable" and just along for the ride. Pictures 14-16, top: Cover only for Apple # STAO-3363, "McCartney" by Paul McCartney. No record. The top seam is totally split, and the paste-down is wrinkled as if from water damage. Pictures 14-16, bottom: Apple # SMAS-3375, "Ram" by Paul and Linda McCartney. The record has a nasty scratch in the middle of "Uncle Albert", causing a repeat at that spot. Otherwise, a mostly tolerable level of background noise and an occasional forward skip or passage of ticking. On the cover, the top seams are both totally split, and the bottom seam partially split. Pictures 17-21: Apple 3-LP box set # STCH-639, "All Things Must Pass" by George Harrison. The whole set has been water damaged, so let's see the results of that. The records don't look like they've been played much, but they all need a good cleaning, because they all have varying degrees of mildew stains. In descending order of condition, Side 6 would grade visually at EX, with no visible mildew stains. Sides 3, 4 and 5 show some light signs of wear, as well as light mildew stains. Side 1 has some actual scratches and more noticeable mildew. And Side 2 not only has scratches and mildew stains, but also has paper residue transferred from the inner sleeve. I haven't played them, but those are my best visual assessments. The three custom inner sleeves are all present, but they also have mildew stains - less on the Record 3 sleeve than Record 2, but the Record 1 sleeve is the worst, with some significant paper loss on the Side 2 side, as shown in the 18th picture. The box seems to be free of mildew, but has obviously been flattened at one time, leaving all the corners split. It also has a large ink inscription in the title area. Pictures 22-23: Dark Horse # DHK-3255, "George Harrison" by George Harrison. The record looks to be in VG+ or better condition, visually graded only, not play-tested. The cover is intact at the seams, but has been clipped at the upper right corner. The custom inner sleeve is also intact at the seams (and also clipped at the top right corner). Because of variations in tracking ability, filtering technology and needle weights, I can offer no guarantees as to how well they will play on your equipment. Please also check the pictures for any label damage, including stickers and inscriptions. International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws. COMBINED SHIPPING: See our seller list for other interesting and unusual items, in fact bid on several and you might save on shipping and handling. If you buy multiple items, and if it's feasible and cost-effective for us to ship the items together, we will gladly consider requests to combine shipping at a reduced cost. Just e-mail us, and we can provide combined shipping cost estimates on a case-by-case basis. Depending on weight and other considerations, we typically offer full shipping rate for the first item, then 50 cents or $1.00 per item. And if you are purchasing multiple items, please make the payment as a single payment, rather than trying to pay for each item separately. Oh, and this may sound obvious, but we can't reduce the shipping charges for items on which we offer free shipping. SHIPPING COSTS: If the eBay auto-calculator is not responding, or if you think our shipping costs are too high, please contact us prior to bidding to determine your shipping options and costs. Repeat, prior to bidding, please. FEEDBACK: Because of abuses we've experienced in the past, we have totally given up on the eBay feedback system, so we neither give nor expect feedback. Please, therefore, do not contact us after the auction asking us to leave feedback. If you ever have a problem with an item you purchase from us, please contact us directly about it before giving negative feedback or seller ratings, and especially before invoking eBay's dreaded Grand Tribunal in processes like "Return Requests" or "Opening an Item Not as Described Case." No one is perfect, and we occasionally mis-describe something, or an item arrives late or gets damaged in the mail, but we are always quick to respond to a problem and set it straight in the most mutually agreeable way.
