Description: Stunning photo of the O.A. Hoit Electrical company. The Photographer was J.W. Bird of Sacramento. My research shows that the Hoit company was active at the end of the 19th century and into the 20th century. The label on the photo when I purchased it indicates that this is from the 1900 California State Fair. I cannot confirm this. However, it does appear to match. The photo seems to show a demonstrative booth set up for an exposition.
