The cutting die probably dates to the 1880-1900 period and is constructed of double-walled, sharpened steel to create a highly detailed 3 Rings pattern. The maximum dimensions of the cut design would be 3 ⅝” x 1 3/16” and the maximum tool dimensions are 4” x 2 ⅜” x 3 ⅜” high. The condition is Excellent.
