Description: Antique Nippon Hand Painted Roses Moriage Gold Gilt Porcelain Lidded Urn This antique large Nippon double handle, lidded urn has been exquisitely hand painted with roses and detailed with fired gold accents on three scroll feet. Marked on underside, though hard to see with blue Maple leaf Mark, Made in Japan. Dates Back to 1891-1911. Great condition for it's age, does have some surface wear, especially with the fade on handles. Also the lid has a chip on underside which leads to the edge.
