DESCRIPTIONThe listing is for the small Antique Military Militia Plain Front Flat Button Extra Color uniform collectible item pictured only. This little metal button features a plain flat front. On the back it is marked Extra Color with a ivy leaf design. Extra Color is a "Quality-Rating" used during the time when the button was manufactured. Since the back mark uses the American spelling "Color" instead of the British spelling "Colour" it could have been made by American button makers. This small button is approximately 1/2 of an inch.
