Complete in the original satin lined box with green paper covered exterior printed to mimic the look of shagreen, both pieces are finished with deer antler handles and embossed silver ferrule and connectors - fork is marked REHWAPPEN ROSTFREI, and knife is marked SOLINGEN REHWAPPEN ROSTFREI - blade is etched with a beautiful image of a large stag amid forest foliage. Condition is lovely with no cracks, chips, nicks, separation, loose pieces or damage - handles are study and solid, polished to give a smooth feel when held - tines and blade are both sharp - I see no indication of grinding or sharpening - box has minor wear and tape repairs to the edges as shown - satin lining has rubbing and wear.
