Description: Antique Happy Hooligan Roly Poly was made by Schoenhut c. 1910.Overal condition is played with, but still very good especially the paintand his face. Sides have some seam wear, hat, back and sides of his head have some paint loss. Has a no harm partial thin hairline at his neck.Rolls around, no music, never had it. Displays very well 9" tall.
