Antique 1890's-1900's late Victorian-early Edwardian white cotton under dress XS

Description: Live out your best antique angel fantasies, in this virginal white cotton chemise or under-dress from the late 1890's to early 1900's... This incredible piece comes in a medium weight pure cotton weave fabric, in starch white color. I believe this under-dress would've originally been worn underneath a corset (as it has a back corset button hole) and with bloomers or an underskirt. It features a wide, almost bateau like neckline and short, puffed sleeves. Both of these are trimmed in an elaborate ribbon featuring little wheels and tiny embroidered leaves, plus scallop-edging. The front and back mirror each other, and feature pin-pleating in a diagonal design, which graduates to slightly larger pleats going into the wide berth of waist and skirt. Now, keep I mind that most humans from this time were smaller in size and stature, so while this is apparently an adult, or young woman's sized piece, the sleeve cuff openings are quite small (be sure to check measurements!). Since this piece is over 100 years old, it did have some fairly worm areas, of which I decided to create either a straightforward patch-style repair, or I've created an embroidered DCM floss rosette, in order to cover and strengthen the area. Otherwise, this dress is in very good condition, with just a few pinhead sized holes and small areas or slightly worn fabric. Please review photographs for full details.
