From the Bearpaw Formation of Southern Alberta, Canada. Here is a wonderful piece of ammonite, with a couple different layers. On those layers are multiple small sheets of green ammolite. The ammonite is about 5.1 inches across (129 mm.) and weighs 615 grams (21.69 oz.). A great conversation piece, and a nice remembrance of both ammonite and ammolite.
