Description: Offered today is the only Gilbert HO steam engine ever offered with a tender mounted whistle it is an American Flyer / A.C. Gilbert HO 1955 #446 N.Y.C. All Die Cast Steam Engine with matching tender. The pictures will tell the story it is damage ( exception missing one boiler face marker light ) and rust free. This all original engine was the only HO engine produced with the tender mounted whistle / horn. It was bench tested and ran in both directions producing smoke, with that said it was sluggish and will benefit from a good cleaning and oil. It is in need of new Pulmore tires. The tender mounted whistle / horn is present but was not tested. The pictured N.Y.C. caboose is a gift to the buyer. Buyer to pay $12.00 for Fast Shipping.
