Amazing Spider-Man #365 was bagged and boarded since purchase, in a thick archival Mylar bag with a heavy-weight acid-free board, and stored in my smoke-free, pet-free, climate-controlled home. It was removed from its Mylar bag for the first time by CGC!! I submitted it to CGC to be graded and encased and it was returned, with a 9.4 Grade, in January 2022. This copy, both before and after processing by CGC, NEVER has spent a single day in an attic, basement or storage unit, (and it NEVER will as long as I own it!) Since I received it from CGC it has been stored in, and it will be shipped to its new owner in, its CGC-issued protective polybag.Thanks to careful handling, and long-term storage in Mylar, and despite the fact that it turns THREE DECADES OLD in 2022, this issue STILL looks GREAT, especially in its CGC case with its 9.4 grade, and a CGC Universal Label specifying that it has WHITE pages!! Note that the photos used in this listing are not stock images. They are images of the exact copy being offered for sale. The photos show the covers (with 2 views of the Hologram) the CGC Grade plus creator and content details, and all of the corners, ends and edges of the new CGC case. The last photo shows it back in it's CGC-issued polybag, awaiting shipment to its new owner. BUT . . . it DOES have scuff marks embedded in the hologram itself (that you can see in the photos) which is what prevented it from getting a higher grade than a 9.4.
