The dual band display works and the radio settings can be programmed with memory.It has intermittent receive & transmit while connected to a 1/4 wave antenna. Like many units of this vintage, lamps need to be replaced. I love this twin band unit, but I am moving on to other things. Maybe you can fix it! It comes with Microphone, copy of printed Users Manual & copy of printed Service manual It is priced accordingly in as-is condition as a parts / repair unit with no returns. Thanks for looking!
