Description: Agatha Christie - Three Act Tragedy - Facsimile of 1935 1st Edition - Book Club Associates (BCA) printing issued 2006 Cloth hardback BCA facsimile edition. I understand (but am ready to be corrected by those with greater knowledge or expertise) that this is the first edition of the BCA facsimile issue as there is no line / impression number on the copyright page. The dust jacket and book are both in excellent mint condition with no obvious signs of wear with no bumps, no inscriptions, an uncreased spine and binding which remains tight. The dust jacket is protected with an acid-free static (i.e. not self-adhesive) clear cover that I fitted on purchase. I was collecting the Harper Collins issued facsimile editions as they were published between 2005-2013, but appeared at the time to have missed out on their version of Three Act Tragedy so settled for the BCA version instead. I am now down-sizing my store of treasures in advance of moving to a smaller property hence it is looking for a new home. A copy that's been read just once, always using a bookmark and with the dust jacket removed to prevent wear and tear. Please note: Unlike some later reprints/reissues, these facsimile editions contain the full, unrevised and unexpurgated text as it would have appeared in the original UK first editions. Consequently, some titles may contain language reflecting the attitudes prevailing at the time of original publication which may now be deemed offensive and/or discriminatory. To re-iterate, this is the Book Club Associates (BCA) facsimile edition, not the Harper Collins version and it does not come with a belly band / wrap.
