African Trade Bead Necklace or Wrap Bracelet, Antique Red White Blue Beads

Description: This listing is for a 28 1/2" necklace made with 12 rare and beautiful matching antique red, white, and blue Venetian Millefiori African Trade Beads, Vintage Red "White Heart" Trade beads, 2 Hill Tribe Fine Silver imprinted tube beads, Hill Tribe Fine Silver disc beads, and a sterling silver Infinity lobster clasp. This necklace has been intentionally made at 28" so that it can also be worn as a wrap bracelet and wrap around a 7" wrist four times. See the last picture for this as a wrap bracelet on my wrist. A sterling silver magnetic clasp is available upon request to aid in fastening this as a bracelet if you wish. Vintage Venetian Millefiori African Trade beads are so lovely and are one of my favorite materials to work with. The process of making the Millefiori African Trade beads is extensive and labor intensive. "Millefiori" in Italian means "a thousand flowers." If you know about African Trade Beads, you know that finding beads that match is very difficult these days. These beads are likely over 100 years old and yet in wonderful condition. However, please expect to see minor chipping here and there at or near the end of a bead or two. This is common due to their age and doesn't detract from their beauty and attests to their authenticity. I don't, however, use beads with what I consider to be major chipping.
