Wooden handles as seen in the photos. Good to very good condition, see photos. The horn works, with the plastic mouthpiece solid, no cracks. Ratchet and rattles, all work but for the small squarish Clown ratchet style noisemaker, which is missing part of it's clicker wheel. Otherwise all work as intended.
