The offset amount is 0" to 6". The adapter's top outlet receives 6" (I. D.) flexible chimney liner. The bottom collar fits inside the outlet on the wood insert. The 6" off-set box measures 3.125" tall x 8.25" wide x 15" long, with an offset adjustment range from 0 to 6". Comes with removable clean-out door. (An 8" off-set box is also available in our eBay store.) We carry a full line of chimney supplies. If we don't have it, our Custom Shop will build it within 48 hrs.
