Description: This is a lovely set of six antique dessert plates with a scalloped shape and an unusual embossed and aqua glazed rim. They're also decorated with pink roses and blue flowers along with gilding on the outer and inner edges of the rims. They were made between 1899 and 1910 by Zeh Scherzer Co. in Bavaria, Germany. They measure approximately 6" in diameter. One plate has a tiny fleabite on its edge, and there is some wear to the gilding on the plates' rims. Otherwise, there are no chips, cracks, utensil marks, or staining.
