WHITE SPOTS AND STREAKS ARE REFLECTIONS AND GLARE FROM THE LIGHTING. Measures 8 1/2 inches wide by 3/4s of an inch high. Corelle crests on the bottoms. No cracks, chips, gouges or stains. I find some light surface scuffs commensurate with light use, cleaning and storage. This colorful and well-made set of plates is clean, bright and ready for service and display.
