When the button is pressed they don't move. When you push them up they don't stay up and fall back down. When you shake the doll it sounds like there is a piece of plastic floating around inside. It may be from one of the mechanics in the wings broken off inside. The Wings stay in a downward position. Doll includes everything shown. Original Top and skirt. The skirt has some fraying.
