Description: 2001 Limited Edition DC Comics Sandman Sand Globe #1712/2000. No box. As seems a common issue, the figure has come unglued to the base. It appears there are a couple small chips where the tips of the hair have broken off the figure from sliding around. I've been unable to get it to sit on the bottom and have been displaying it upside down as shown in the first pic.
