The Polylok Complete 20" Riser Kit consists of the following components: Polylok 20" x 2" Riser (PN: 3009-GR2) Polylok 20" Riser Cover (PN: 3009-RC) Polylok 20"/24" Riser Adapter Ring (PN: 3009-AR) Polylok Adapter Ring Installation Anchor Kit (PN: 3009-KIT-NG) Optional foam gasket sold separately Installation Instructions: Locate adapter ring over access opening on top of tankUsing a 1/4" masonry bit, drill 8 holes 1-1/4" deep on top of tankClean under surface of adapter ring (apply optional foam gasket or butyl)Position adapter ring over opening, using 1/4" anchors, tap anchors into drilled holes and tighten with wrenchPosition appropriate riser and or cover and screw onto the adapter ring to provide a watertight connection NOTE: These items should be installed by a professional septic tank installer or pumper.
