1985 Schwinn Predator Qualifier BMX -All Original -4130 Chromoly -Freestyle Rims

Description: This is a very pretty 1985 Schwinn Predator Qualifier BMX 4130 Chrome-Moly bike. I'm the original owner and took it completely apart to clean it up. Everything's been kept original. The bearings and cones/races were all and nice smooth so I did not replace them. The axles were lubed and set back up at a local bike shop. This bike was made in Taiwan in February of 1985 - Serial Number - 5076052. It still has the original Predator tires. They are on the dry side as you can see but they are the ones that came with the bike. There are new Goodyear tubes in them but I'll also send originals (one still holds air, the other has a small pinhole leak). Chain is original and still in good condition. I did add a link. Caliper Brakes - Dia-Compe. Pads are in nice working condition. Bike Stem - Sakae Schwinn seat is original and has some very minor scuffing. There are no gouges, rips or tears. The handle grips, as you see in the picture, worked their way in as rode and have torn. NOTE: There are two plastic seals/guards that I believe were part of the rear axle but I was not able to figure out how to reinstall them. They are pictured and will ship with the bike but I'm not sure where they go?? There are no markings or numbers on them. They are in excellent condition and I didn't want to install them somewhere on the bike where they could get damaged. They do not appear on any Predator drawings, diagrams, videos or blogs that I've seen?? This bike was purchased at the Stoney Creek Cyclery in Washington, MI in 1985 (still in business!). Please look at the pictures to best judge the condition of the bike and decals. There are no dents, dings or scratches to call out. It's very clean and nice but not perfect due to its age, including but not limited to minor surface rust, scratches, scuffs on the seat, etc. The bike will be padded and wrapped very carefully when shipped.
