It is in really great shape still, it barely shows any shelf wear and the pages are all crisp and white. The entire book is still crisp. It does show a little bit of shelf wear on the back cover with just a little discoloration in a couple of small spots, but that's it! It really is in amazing shape being that is from 1978, 39 years old! It includes some fabulous players as well, OJ SIMPSON & JIM PLUNKETT just to name a couple. It is a great piece of NFL memorabilia and all these are actually starting to disappear and are getting harder to find. This is a great book in great shape and it measures 7" X 5"!
