This car was taken apart and someone cleaned and painted the frame as seen in the pictures. We placed the body back on the frame for transportation. It does roll and steer to be loaded on a trailer or truck. Car will need complete restoration. Cowl tag and vin tag are both in place as seen in the pictures. Comes as seen with the bumpers pictured with no extra parts. New York State is a non title state for pre-1973 vehicles . The registration has been lost as the car hasn’t been on the road in many years. It will be sold with a BILL OF SALE ONLY.
