In excellent vintage condition considering its age, this 1950s original zip up long sleeve girls romper shows few signs of wear; making it an ideal gift! There is some light, scattered surface and edge wear which mainly consists of a few stray, loose threads, slight pilling to the soft cotton, and tiny worn areas (that are barely noticeable) on the exterior of the sleepwear onesie. Fortunately, they don't appear to be unraveling or affecting the overall sturdiness and integrity of this pair of pink pajamas. The seams all appear to be in great condition.There may be some faint natural patina typical of vintage children's clothing, however, fortunately nothing in particular stands out to be mentioned, expect perhaps a tiny, faint spot on the right sleeve. The zipper works great! The blue chenille trim also has some light edge wear and one of the blue pom poms on the feet dangles more than the other; it has a blue chenille extension that makes it dangle while the other one is more closely secured to the foot and perhaps the secured pompom was reattached at one point in time (nevertheless, the difference between the two pompoms is hardly detectable). Size: There are no interior sizing tags or brand labels; (although the measurements are close to a size for 12 months) please refer to the specific measurements listed below...Measurements:11 1/2" across the chest from underarm seam to the other (sleeper was measured zipped up and closed while laying flat)22" in length (measured along the center); measurement begins in the center where the collar meets the back panel of fabric all the way down to the bottom edge of the heel of the foot10 3/4" sleeve length (measured from the shoulder seam at the top of the sleeve to the edge of the wrist)
