Description: Selling is an advertisement page for: Texaco The Texas Company from 1946 This advertisement page is by The Texas Company, for their Texaco gasoline. The ad has a color painting of a fireman’s helmet. This is an old-fashioned (though not in ’46) helmet with a wide rear brim and big shield in the front. It is shown on a cylindrical hat-box. The hat-box has a painting of a Texaco service station on it. Also shown are the Texaco ‘star’ sign and 4 other small signs and tins.
