An American Army Truck bought by the United Nations Relied and Rehabilitation (UNRRA) carries food up into the Interior of Albania. The bridge over the Drin Rives was built from salvaged steel. The large truck carries a smaller one, to save fuel. UNRRA bought 297 U.S Army Trucks and turned them over to the Albanian Government. They're the Nation's whole transportation system.
