Description: Here's a patriotic 1.25" cello button from Franklin Roosevelt's 1944 THIRD presidential re-election attempt since it has an image of him which was widely used on his campaign material that year. The patriotic stars reminded voters that he was our Commander-in-Chief during World War II. Not even three months after being sworn in for that fourth presidential term on January 20th, 1945, FDR died in Warm Springs, Georgia at the age of 62 on April 12th. And following that, after the war, we amended our Constitution so that no person could ever serve more than two elected terms. This is in nice condition but please look at our images to judge condition for yourself so you can be happy with your purchase. Shipping on this will be $5.50 sent well-protected with tracking. We are members of APIC and sell only authentic presidential (and other collectible) material so buy with confidence. And we'll be happy to combine S & H costs on multiple purchases even though eBay says we don't. We just give you a refund for any overpayment. 7654
