The propellor disc turns and lines up numbers with letters to decode. Small window on back that reveals the Master Code. 2-1/8" tall. Badge is in awesome condition; brass is slightly discolored from age and exposure, some corrosion on back; should be able to be cleaned with vinegar, the pin on the back is whole and excellent.
