This book of geography was published in 1854 by Cowperthwait, DeSilver, & Butler of Philadelphia. This map is dated 1852. Because of the limited run of a copper plate engraving, the date of publication of the book and the dates of the engravings can differ by several years. Map is on a single sheet of paper measuring 9¼" x 11¾". The title page is not Included in this auction but is shown for verification purposes only.
