Description: Custom built model of a WW1 French Nieuport 17 fighter plane. Nieuport produced several successful designs the model 17 being one of them. It ws flown by most all allied airforces including those of France, Britain, Russia and the U.S.A. Small and light it was a good performing airplane but did have an issue with its lower wing which would sometimes fail under extreme conditions. But overall one of the great planes of the Frst World War. Model is in French markings. This is a scale model collectors item to be handled and unpacked with care, not a childs toy to be played with! Has small and sharp parts that could break off if mishandled. Buyer should expect the possibility of small parts coming detached in shipment but model is well built and will be carefully packed (check my feedback) and damage is quite unlikely.
