Description: Pea Puffer Feeder Snails (other sizes available in my Ebay store) You will receive 100+ SMALL ramshorn snails of assorted color. (pink,blue,red,brown) I will do my best to include a good variety, but as feeder snails, is treated as a secondary concern. Please do not request specific colors. Small is relative and not easy to define, but the snails will be of enough size to be worthy yet not too large for pea puffers, no larger than 1/3 adult size. All my snails are home tank bred in my personal aquariums. They are clean, with good shells and free of diseases. Raised with fish and shrimp (also available in my Ebay store). Your order will ship USPS. Snails are shipped in containers with wet paper towels to keep them moist. They are not fasted before shipping and will often soil the paper towels with an orange stain from the food I use. This is not a concern or problem. In general, Ramshorn snails are extremely resilient, and it is extremely unlikely for them to die in normal transit times. Almost all losses have been due to postal delays or extreme weather conditions. I include 10% extra with each order in case of the occasional loss. On arrival, put your snails in a small glass or bowl of water (cover snails with at least an inch of water) from your aquarium, not your tap. The snails will often have air in their shells at first, causing them to float and need time to recover.
